Gulf Shores City Council puts Two Development plans on hold

In a recent meeting, Gulf Shores City Council decided to
table a few development projects for a later time. The amending of a zoning ordinance to move
The Colony at Fort Morgan development project forward was tabled again as it
was in a mid-January meeting. Also during
this end of January meeting, the City Council chose to table a resolution
amending the final plan of Grande View on Little Lagoon (Grande View is also
known as the Nautilus Gulf Shores). The
Council would rather have time to gain more information on these matters before
making a decision to ensure their choices are as informed as possible.
