Home sales in Mobile County were down 6.9% from October, this is a normal seasonal decrease. Two hundred and forty two homes were sold in November with a average sales price of $137,272, down 1.3%, with a median (mid point where the same number of homes sold above as below) sales price of $124,500 with 0.4% decrease from October.
The days on the market increased by 51.9% to 120 days during the month of November. Currently in Mobile County there are 3,436 homes on the market.
