Mid-Range Homes Sell Quickest in Spanish Fort

Price point seems to determine how quickly homes sell these days. In November, there was just one home that sold in Spanish Fort for under $200,000. It sold in a sluggish 165 days for $125.69 per square foot of living space.

Most November home sales in Spanish Fort were in the $201k – $500k range. They took an average of only 107 days to sell. That’s nearly two full months quicker than either the under $200k or the over $500k homes.   Clearly, the mid-priced homes are in the greatest demand and will move off the market more quickly.  There was just one home that sold over $500k in Spanish Fort last month. It stayed on market for 148 days before selling for $785,000, or $175.38/square foot.  You can see many lovely homes in Spanish Fort and all of Baldwin and Mobile Counties at http://barbarareevesrealtor.com.
