Interesting info. Makes me wonder where the regions rental market is going since there seems to be a weird connection to rental demand and housing affordability. That is, when affordability goes down, landlords can’t afford to buy rentals, thus the supply and demand curve becomes tighter and rents go up…At least in Calgary Canada they do…

I attended this event and was very impressed by some of the food. I enjoy events that open up the community to the local businesses whether it be food or a job fair. It all will contribute to a better local economy.
